How much does it cost to clean a list?

It depends on the volume. The pricing calculator shows VeriDock and other providers at any size, and unknown results are never billed.

Are duplicates charged?

Re-checking the same address within 30 days is free, so duplicates do not cost extra credits.

Can I get notified when a job finishes?

Yes. Pass a webhook URL when you create the job. Deliveries are signed, and retried for 24 hours if they fail. Webhooks are on paid plans.

How long do result files stay available?

The download link on a completed job is valid for 7 days.

How a bulk job works

Bulk jobs run asynchronously, so a large list never holds a connection open. Poll for progress, or have a webhook tell you when it finishes.

Create the job with a CSV or an array of addresses.
Follow it from queued to processing to completed.
Download results as CSV, JSON or newline-delimited JSON, filtered by status.

What each plan allows

The Free plan handles lists of up to 1,000 rows, Starter up to 100,000, Growth up to 1,000,000, and Scale has no row limit. To try it before signing up, the free bulk verifier checks a sample of 25 addresses.

What to do with the results

Remove undeliverable addresses straight away. Review risky ones by reason, because role addresses can be fine for B2B lists and disposable ones rarely are. Keep unknown addresses and check them again later: they are not billed and many are real.
